Really wanted to like the place -- but the overall experience disappointed really .. My martini "Crave Martini" wasn't even near full .. at $10.25 each they could at least find a way to fill the not really large glass. it was a tasty combination tho so yes, ordered another which came slightly more full.
Husbands pinot noir wine pour was pretty scrimpy - kind of gave me the impression they are 'quietly' trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of every customer - not a good impression.
Food - was ok - nothing to exclaim "cant wait to go back for ___" Had wedge salads which arrived 20 mins after ordering .. the place was not very busy so it couldn't be due to that. Surfer roll (real crab was the reason we ordered it) arrived on a rather long rectangular plate, and sat dwarfed on it - it was an 8 piece itty bitty teeny tiny roll - again for $10.95 I thought it would at least be something good to share so we could taste a few menu items. We opted for a Lobster/Shrimp flatbread - this arrived on a long wooden platter - I think they spent too much on their dinnerware and serveware for what they provide food-wise. It reminded me of matzoh - dry at that - the somehow managed to miss applying the pesto to most of the flatbread - it was 'dotted' with pieces of bay shrimp and cut up langostino - which isn't lobster and for which chain restaurants Rubios and Red Lobster have been sued for using when saying Lobster. if you are not a foodie, or really pay much attention, it is ok, but ...
Service was ok - Justin did his best so he was rewarded tip-wise but the overall experience left me wondering how long this place will last. We may or may not be back.
