  • I have gone to every Discount Tires in town at some point or other and it seems that they are all the same. Excellent training of the front of the house and so far everything in the garage section is awesome at this rancho location. It must be in the franchise agreement to offer amazing service and these guys are always honest and informative. Once I broke down in Sacramento area and a discount tires truck came by and towed me for free to their shop and they fixed the flat for free. It was pure luck the guy came by when he did. Obviously I tipped well. Just in case you don't know, they never charge for flat repairs (so you should tip) and same goes for balance and rotating tires but I don't tip as much for that service since it is included in the purchase price. Anyway, it is nice to just not have to worry about being taken advantage of and these guys are held to some kind of corporate standard to have such great service at each location. Also, just remembered I LOVE the fact that they never complain that I want to stand in the garage and watch, and they let me drive my truck in too. This is important to me because I am a well versed back yard mechanic and I want to make sure they do it right. So far 100% satisfaction. I own several trucks and also a trailer and have been going to Discount Tires for over a decade.
