  • I've always had great experiences here. I was referred here by a friend about 3 years ago, and I've always been treated like a customer should. Mike is always upfront and honest about what your car needs, and doesn't try to upsell you additional car parts that you really don't need. Legitimate businesses like TLS are able to survive by referrals and word-of-mouth because of the honesty and level of guest service, knowledge and expertise they provide. It is tough to find an honest mechanic in today's market. Business ethics can play a key role in the success of businesses, and I applaud TLS Auto for raising the bar in this particular area. Great job, and keep up the great work.
