  • Where do I even begin.............If I can give this apartment zero I would. The office staff are all useless, extremely rude and unhelpful. they never know what the heck is going on or what their actual job is. They really need to get that together especially that skinny chick who smokes every chance she gets and never follow up with any request. Maintenance guys and the assistant manager is the only helpful staff in the office. On top of that comes rent. My fiancĂ© and I started of paying 812 for 2 bedroom n bath, we decided to renew our lease twice and the unforeseen additional charges include each month is ever ending. I'm so happy to leave this God forbidden place they call apartment. My advice for any is to stay away. How can a basic rent of 880 goes up to 1200 when we have never been late and don't owe any charges? Each month they come up with forwarded balance with no further explanation. This place is hell and if you are willing to pay good money for a non luxury apartment with rude staff, this is the place. You will regret it and after 3 years staying here we are beyond happy to leave. Oo and jus when we taught we finally have some peace by leaving, they came around with a ridiculous reason to charge us for moving out. NEVER AGAIN COURTNEY/GREYSTAR YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS
