  • I am a long-time customer of Jazy's Alterations and really appreciate the personal pride the owner takes in her work and her high quality workmanship. She has quite a well-rounded education in the field, and it shows. Over the years, she has completed simple projects (such as hemming) and reworked both women's and men's suits due to size changes. She has a good eye and will give an honest evaluation of how (or if) a style can be updated for a more contemporary look. Actually I've learned that hemming is not always so simple since most garments have other design details that come into play when they are altered. But those issues are addressed so that the garment looks perfect. Often a piece that I like becomes something I love after she tailors it so that the fit is better. The owner is quite talented in other areas, too, as she has reupholstered cushions for me and made pillows. She has quite a range of upholstery fabrics available and knows which fabrics are best suited to a particular project. I feel really lucky to have such a wonderful shop right here in Fountain Hills.
