Finally received the necklace back after the repair. I didn't think replacing the clasp would take so long, honestly. I'm confused by them telling me when I said I wanted it back, which was never the case. I never told them when I wanted it back - I just "assumed" it would only be a day or two and I could get it back to my girlfriend the next time I saw her...
It took them over a week, now they did have to order that clasp and there were issues getting that part in and according to them it was the fault of the that company - so my main frustration and reason for dropping a star (I was nice with only dropping one) was the lack of communication. I had to call them several times to check on the status. I shouldn't be treated any differently whether I have a $40 repair or am buying a $xxxxx.xx piece of jewelry.
The employees that I dealt with were all friendly. I just feel their communication could be better.
