This rating is purely on service. The ice cream was delicious. However, the staff there needs an attitude change.
I walked in and there was nobody in line yet I didn't get greeted. Then I stood in front of the ghea while the young man was moving ice cream from pan to pan. Looked at me then just kept doing it. I stood there for at least two minutes just awkwardly and the girl looked around then walked to the back. Still standing there. Finally he helps me and seems annoyed that I wanted an everybody's size ( I get it I used to work at Coldstone-it sucks but you get paid to do it) I didn't even want mix ins. Just half and half side by side. He obviously didn't listen because he went to put it on top of each other. So I said " sorry I said I wanted them side my side" politely. It took forever and sill just standing in silence. No "how are you?" Or "would you like to try a sample" nothing. A fee more people came in and stood in line and the other girl helped them. She didn't seem very friendly either and didn't engage with her customers. I was still standing there waiting....another girl came out ( I think she was in the restroom) and she seemed very nice. Actually talked to the customers a bit. And had a smile on her face while the other two looked like they didn't want to be there. Asked her her name, which was Adrianna. ( so shoutout to her) wih she was out there to help me first instead of the guy. Anyways ice cream tasted great, but out of all the Coldstones I've been to, I've never had such lousy service. I won't be coming back to this location EVER. I'll stick to the one at 67th and the 101:)
