  • Wow - I just got a spam call from a call center from this place. The caller called me saying that I won a free Southwest ticket. I asked the call center agent where she was calling from and she told me 6551 S Las Vegas Blvd C-154. She then proceeded to call me "ma'am" clearly indicating an ignorance for the English difference between "Sir" and "Ma'am". After correcting her, she told me that I sounded like a woman and that I should take it as a complement! Haha, at least they have a good sense of humor. This company then proceeded to ask me a bunch of demographic information in some attempt to data mine me for information before giving me my "free southwest ticket." Give me a break. I hope Southwest knows that this shady outfit is using their name to do demographic scraping. Very dishonest marketing, stay away.
