  • I rarely dole out 1 star reviews, but this one is deserving: Guy who "sold me" the car wash was a jerk. I asked for a hand wash and said (because of previous experiences) "no water spots after, right?" To which he responded,"even in the automatic wash we have no spots." And I followed up with,"mmm...not really true." Then he mumbled something like take it or leave it. So it's a car wash. And I paid 3x the automatic wash amount to get the hand wash. NONE of the wheels looked remotely clean. Even worse, it looked like they kinda started to clean them but just gave up. When I asked them to clean them, they took about 3 minutes to do all 4 then gave me the thumbs up. I didn't even bother checking, I knew I'd be disappointed. When the guy gave me my keys, he did a few swipes over the hood with a towel. If you know anything about detailing, you never just dry wipe cause you'll scratch the clear coat. So I'm sure they did this to my entire car. You could not give me $100 to take my car here again. No offense to anyone, but I drive a "nicer" car so I am particular about it. Not like when I had my '97 civic.
