  • Had my hair royally screwed up by a Paul Mitchell graduate (see my other review). Had a consult today with the school. They felt certain they could lighten my entire head from a nice color correction I did on myself. Five hours and several processes later (including bleach), I LEFT WITH THE SAME HAIR COLOR I ENTERED THE SCHOOL WITH! Except now it's an over-processed mess!! She bleached me up and I was a beautiful blonde, then she proceeded to darken my hair back to what I WALKED IN WITH now with green sections of hair!! I repeatedly told her not to use an ash tone in my hair. I also had two bleach burns on my scalp from where she forgot to wash it off! The supervisor, Brent, was livid with me for not finding it beautiful!! He slammed down my receipt on the dressing stand and walked away! Very unprofessional, bitchy attitude. Went back the next day in tears to speak with the manager, Whitney. She offered free treatments on my hair. When I went to schedule a treatment, she completely lied about our verbal agreement, charging full price. Unethical, deceitful business! Do not go here!!!!!!!
