I agree with all the comments about rude and unprofessional service. Rocky Perla neither listens to his clients nor takes responsibility for his employees' mistakes. The first technician who came to diagnose our washing machine didn't even touch it. He said, "I've seen this before and it's the board." Two weeks later he came, installed the board and left. No confirmation that the spin cycle would work. The first load after his 'repair' failed. Second technician ran a few tests and declared the wash basket was broken. He said they would order the parts and get us scheduled for install as soon as they received the part. It's been weeks since then and we still wait. I've inquired politely each week and am promised a call back each time that never happened. I could go on and on with examples of this company's failure to provide the minimum of acceptable customer service but will end with today's wonderful chat with Rocky. He informed me that he is out $500 because he hasn't been paid for the first repair. I reminded him that it was a mis-diagnosis requiring additional work and he told me I could cancel my repair with Lowes because he wasn't going to waste any more time talking to me! Our first call for repair was Feb 21st and we are now going to have to start again because I would rather buy a new washer than give this junket another second of thought. Stay away.
