Absolutely THE WORST!!! I have been renting there for a year and I have had a lot of problems. From the account setup to the customer service. I guess I am not as lucky as the other two people that had to deal with Angela and wrote a review. She is HORRIBLE in customer service. I honestly believe that she should not be in charge of that location. I have called the customer service line multiple times to have issues with her escalated to her manager but I have not received a call from her manager at all. I called on the 3rd of this month and was advised I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and I had to call today again, April 16th. Luckily the same rep answered the call and said she would escalate to her manager. As you all know this is one of those services where representatives only have very few opportunities to interact with the clients so they should be making sure the interactions are flawless and they should also ensure the client expectations are exceeded but Angela does not seem to care at all. She does not take into consideration that we, the clients, are paying her salary and that she has a job because of us. Angela needs to realize that storage facilities in that area are very abundant and the service provided to the people that pay her salary should be her main priority as it is the only thing that can make a difference when selecting what storage facility to do business with. I will be moving my things to another place where they value my business and I don't have to deal with nasty attitudes like Angela's.
