Best way to describe this show: cheesy magic fun.
Went to see Nathan Burton only because someone gave us free tickets. I don't think we would have sought out to see this any other way. Expect a short 1 hour show (although the lady at the box office claimed 1 hr and 15 min) that's entertaining in a cheesy way with humorous tricks and female assistants dressed scantily. Nathan, who has appeared on America's Got Talent show on NBC, did his signature pop out of the big microwave trick and one other one I don't want to spoil. Other tricks are rather amateur but he works hard and is amusing.
The show is usually in the afternoon (2pm) and is in the V Theater, which is a pretty lame theater with no frills that you might expect from an old small town theater. The VIP tickets (extra $10) get you middle seats and shorter wait in line but aren't worth it since they don't typically sell out and may pull people from the cheaper side seats to fill the middle. And the whole place is not that big.
Bottom line: If you like cheesy magic fun and absolutely have nothing to do in the afternoon, then this might be for you. Or if you have kids, this could be a fun show for them. But this show is not worth it's hefty full price so find discount tix where you can.
