Been with ADT for 10 years but found out today that being a loyal customer doesn't matter to them. I called to add new equipment to my already existing system, appointment was set up. I took half day off work to be home in time for them to show up. They then call me and explain to me that nobody will be showing up to install my new equipment because whoever booked the appointment set it up as a new installation and since it wasn't, i guess they cant just show up with the equipment that I signed up for in my contract. They made a mistake when logging and booking the appointment but do nothing to fix it. Instead i get a supervisor that tells me there is nothing they can do, we have to reset the appointment up because of THEIR MISTAKE. This company is quick to want my money for new equipment but not quick fixing their mistakes. They make me take a day off work with a big screw you.
