I can't say enough good things about this gym. The workouts are extremely challenging, but very doable. Everyday the workout is different, so I never felt bored. If you are looking to lose weight, give their 6 week fitness challenge a try. The trainers will work with you on meal planning and support through the challenge in addition to working with you in the gym. In my challenge, I lost over 30 lbs. the results are real. This gym can get it done- 30 minutes at a time!
