So I've lived in Las Vegas for 18 years and for 17 of those years I have been griping that there are no actual butcher shops, or at least one that I didn't have to drive across town to get to. I've been chomping at the bit to see this place and today I even waited outside for 10 mins for them to open. (In my car, of course. Don't want to appear desperate). I walked in and was blown away. Every single hard to find item that I asked about was shown to me. Leg of lamb- check. Duck - check. Marrow bones - check. I even spotted suet, goose, and frog legs! I walked away with some English bangers, some of the wagu tri tips (based on previous reviews), some pig's feet for the pups, and a bag of frozen beef bones (that were only $4!!!). Sausages were delicious! Definitely coming back for the suet to use in meat pies as well as the frog legs as the kids are dying to try them. Can't wait.
