| - Not bad ramen but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a 5. I've had plenty of ramen after living in NYC and the Bay Area and this was not the best I've ever had, but tbh, maybe this is as good as it gets out here.
Got takeout from here and it was a zoo in here on a Thursday night -- glad we ordered over the phone in advance (but I could barely hear a thing during the call, not surprising though).
The menu is sort of confusing and redundant --
We got the chashu ramen, spicy ramen, and the miso ramen (everything between 7.50 to 9.25, which is pretty reasonable for a decent quality ramen), but each one has the choice of miso, shoyu or shio soup. I don't know why there's a different choice of soup for the miso ramen or why I was even being asked to pick a soup (what else would it be?), but in any case, I just picked miso soup for all of them.
Pros:
Chashu was indeed good and melt-in-mouth tender
Price point
Soup had good rich flavor
Cons:
Servings aren't the largest but I guess that's reflective of the price.
Pretty salty and greasy (while that's expected with a ramen soup, more than so than most)
Overall, fairly good ramen and glad to have this option on our trip to Vegas for family.
