  • After several upsetting repair issues with my computer (with it being sent away to be repaired from the store, not repaired at the store), Justin helped make the situation right tonight. He spent a long time looking through the notes on my account and attempting to resolve the issue that had not been fixed in the repairs. I was pretty upset having had to be there several times over the last few weeks, but after the way he handled things I left a pretty happy customer.
