  • GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We were in town on vacation for my wife's birthday. My wife and I made appointments to get some ink done in December of 2014. At that time we made the appointment about three days in advance. When we arrived we could not have asked for a better experience. Ruck and Jen are so nice and the level of professionalism is hands down the best you could ask for. It was my first tattoo and my wife's third. We loved going there so much that we walked into the shop this past December 2015 when we were in town again. I talked to Ruck about my tattoo that he did last year and him and his apprentice was drew up some nice additions. Since we did not make an appointment we expected that we would not be able to get in. That was not the case. Ruck went above and beyond and offered to open the shop on his day off to tattoo us. We were so blown away at the level of customer service that Ruck and Jen offered It was also a ton of fun to hang out in the shop with them. Ruck really makes your tattoo experience comfortable and relaxing. I also love the fact that everything is clean and he is takes his time setting everything up. Nothing is rushed and that made my experience all the better. I never felt like he was rushing to the next appointment. He takes his time and is a true professional!!! GO HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! I will most definitely be back and would recommend him to anyone.
