Had an appointment with this office last week, and received a VM stating that my appointment had to be cancelled the Dr had to leave for a delivery. At that time I figured no big deal I'll call back and reschedule. Called the call center 3 separate times being sent to a VM and left 3 messages and no call back from them. The following week I received a recording phone call about my missed appointment and that "my health" was important to them. So again I called the call center yesterday and tried to get another appointment the next available was Feb 8th I mentioned that I didn't miss my appointment it was cancelled due to your doctor needing to leave. I asked to speak with management to see if there was anyway to be fit in sooner. He said that wasn't an option that was his soonest and there was nothing he could do. I'm amazed at their poor customer service. Mind you I waited 2 months for this appointment! I work in the ER and always have patients asking for Ob/gyn referrals and guess where I'm not sending my patients!
