  • My twin and I went there for lunch to try it for the first time. We were really impressed with everything. The place looks really nice n clean n our server, Crystal, was very helpful with the menu. She was very friendly and very efficient. We ordered the beet salad and the famous crispy gnocchi that Crystal recommended and we loved them both. For our entrees I ordered short rib and my twin ordered a rib eye steak. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back. We are both in the restaurant industry so we will absolutely tell our friends at work to come check this place out. We were so surprised they weren't busy but maybe because they are new. We will definitely make The Sparklings our new place to hang out! Thanks Crystal. U rock!!
