  • I should have read the honest reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINE to this place. They will rip you off and will never fix your machine. I took my Hoover $200 vacuum out of warranty because it was acting up. Owner claimed it needed a new cord and a good tuneup to clean it out. The outcome over $100 down the toilet. The vacuum was worse than when I dropped it off. New cheap and shorter cord which it did not need because that was not the right diagnosis. And the tuneup? All he did was put that sticker in the front. I guess they figured you will be a sucker. I opened the cover when I got home and nothing was done. The pictures speak for themselves. I ended up buying a new vacuum cleaner.
