  • Leaving one star because zero isn't an option. Booked Dino's to come out to fix our dryer. The window was between 8am-5pm. Not convenient but whatever. Made arrangements to be at home for repair technician and they called 30 minutes before arrival time to cancel with no explanation. Said they could possibly be out the next day between 8-12. Who has time for this? I was willing to pay the $115 service call charge but I've since found another company that charges less and will show up when promised. Whirlpool should remove you from their authorized repair list.
