  • My husband and I were out looking for a washing machine/dryer combination. We walked into the store and the sales rep just stood there staring at me until my husband spoke up first. I mentioned I was interested in a particular washer and that I have scoliosis however a front loader was recommended. I explained this is not what I wanted, again the sales rep was rude, condescending and made it about him, and how easy it was for him to unload his laundry. I politely told him this is not about him, and I obviously had different needs. Not to mention thier stuff was seriously overpriced but the worst part was not being heard. I simply asked my husband that we leave and that this idiot would NOT be getting our business.
