I got a gift card from hubby, so I booked a mani-pedi for my b-day. Well, let's just say I was disappointed. First, 10 minutes before the appointment, when I was already on my way over, I get a call that they're running late- great - it would have been nice to know more in advance. Since I was already getting there I decided to grab champagne and wait there. I get there, check-in and try to order the champagne but the bartender tells me they're not serving right now. So now I'm waiting for half an hour with nothing to do. The receptionists notices and tries to hurry the bartender up (he was sorting stuff). I finally get my drink and the pedicurist comes for me. But wait- just as we're grabbing a seat, another employee tells her the chair is taken because they have two girls having their pedicure done. So go back and sip my champagne and wait some more. Another spot opens up and the same thing happens again- only this time, my pedicurist says no, we're taking the spot. Then when it's done I have to remind them that I also booked a mani. Great- now I have to wait again...All that and the mani-pedi was ok- not great. For the $$ it's just not worth it. I've had better service elsewhere. They really need to manage the bookings better.
