  • I'm thrilled to be giving Heather five stars today. After two failed attempts at permanent eyelash enhancement (tattoo) I had all but given up on my dreams of never having to put eyeliner on again. My two other treatments at an unmentioned expensive Scottsdale salon resulted in zero color retention. I found Heather on Yelp, and noticed she had wonderful reviews, and the pictures she had posted were of exactly the type of eyeliner I was looking for. My entire treatment from beginning to end was wonderful. Heather was very upbeat, personable and down-to-earth. While the actual tattooing of my eyelid itself was quite unpleasant, Heather made it an enjoyable experience. The whole process took just over an hour. Heather was very thorough in explaining what to expect during the process, as well as aftercare. It's now been a week since my treatment, and I couldn't be happier with my results. The eyeliner has lightened to a beautiful, natural look. If anyone is considering permanent makeup, I would absolutely recommend Heather.
