Have to agree with the other poster - the service is ok, but trying to reach someone there is close to impossible. On Jan 1 I wanted to change an appointment for the 5th - No one answers the phones, and voicemailbox is full. Tried again on Jan 3, voicemail full, no one answers the phones. And I'm saying I tried phoning back severaltimes hoping someone would pick up. I sent 2 emails on the 3rd (info@impressiondayspa.com) - on the 4th managed to leave a voice mail message confirming I was cancelling the 5th and asking to reschedule and ask them to check their email. Today, the 5th, got a message that the poor therapist was waiting for me.
Maybe they need to get a receptionist or someone to stay on top of email & voice mails. This is their key weakness in what is otherwise a pretty good spa experience.
