  • The WORST customer service I have ever had... Called to make a reservation, Marlowe told me there was no problem, show up in an hour.. I walk down to the location and there was nothing reserved for me!!! They told me this is a common practice!! To tell someone they have a car for you and you go down there with nothing available but vans and trucks at 4-5X the price!!! I will NEVER do business with them again... I wish I could give them less than 1 Star
