Wish I could give less stars than this for the treatment I received today. Have been going here for 9 years now. Ginger is amazing and I'm sad to have to switch doctors. Was told today that I am being discharged as a patient for missing 3 appointments, 2 of which were not even missed. The first one I legitimately missed, the second accused one I had rescheduled, and the third accused one I had called and left a message before their office opened due to having to bring my son to his doctor. My son is 2 years old and has been on heart watch since he was born and happened to be ill that day, and not only that he is my son, of course I'm going to put his needs first. I was basically called a liar and told that they check their messages everyday and if there would have been a message then they would have cancelled the appointment not made it a no show. Office manager is out of town so conveniently I am not able to talk to her. Will be awaiting her call on February 1st. I am a receptionist at a vet clinic going on 3 years, and have been in the customer service industry since I was 14, so 10 years now, and I know how to treat people, especially long term clients, and the way the office staff treats you here is not the way you do it. It's sad that after 9 years of loyal business they don't even care about you and will treat you this way.
