  • I had an employee tell me that I cannot wear a training mask. It is a mask that I wear to increase my oxygen intake and expand my lungs. My workout is much more advanced than anybody here. I am sure the look scares them but I'm not bothering anybody. I would advise to avoid this gym as these people are weird. They wear jeans shorts and jean pants while working out. I have seen flip flops, women wearing winter coats. People do not clean up after themselves or put equipment away. The employees do a terrible job of keeping the gym clean especially on Saturdays. So disappointing! Finally, my contract expired and I am done with Planet Fitness. I strongly feel I was racial discriminated by the Saturday crew. Tell me if you see something wrong with this picture. I mind my own business. Clean up after myself every single time. I put all weights away after using them. I wear gym clothes. I take care of the machines and do not bang or drop them. I am white and watch Fox News every time I am on the treadmill. I saw 4 African Americans (two customers and two employees) talking about my training mask so they decided to tell me to stop wearing it. I see many African Americans not cleaning up after themselves. They do not put weighs away after using them. They wear jean shorts and shirts cut all the way down to waist. They bang the machines and drop weights every single time. The employees leaves them alone. I also saw a lot of customers (mostly Mexicans) bringing gallon jugs, wearing jean pants, etc, which goes against their policy and nothing is being done about them. Avoid this gym and Planet Fitness at all cost!
