  • Indeed the worst dealership in Calgary, as the other reviewers have said! I was certain that my next vehicle is going to be a BMW X5 50i, after the initial meet n greet the Sales people were a drag. No follow-ups, updates or even response to questions. I ended up visiting 3 times and every time I was made to wait even when I had an appoitment. Malcolm / Mike enaured I had a really disappointing experience! I was so annoyed that I ended up asking why they didn't want to sell to me and got an half-hearted apology n vacation excuse! Tesla n Merc are happy, keep up the good work!
