I've been going here to get my hair done ever since I moved to University Heights a couple years ago from Berea. I first worked with Shari who was all kinds of awesome and was truly the first stylist who didn't look panic-stricken when he looked at my hair (tons of wild curls and frizziness). He left and I've been on a quest to find another stylist that compares in this salon. I've had two so far and have left there with a "meh" attitude. I love that it's an Aveda as that's all I use but I've been kind of wanting to try something else.
Positives: tips are included, complementary arm/hand massage and facial, Aveda products, not a cramped environment -open and spacious.
I'm going to try and stick it out to see if I can find a good stylist that I'm satisfied with.
