  • I live in a building that has dadson washers/ dryers... for 2 years now laundry rooms do not work , as a tentant I have been told by the office it is our job to contact this company .. for 2 years myself and other residents as well as office personal have tried calling to have the laundry rooms serviced for broken washers , dryers that don't heat up or work and they do not come out , getting them to return calls is pointless because they do not .. recently they switched to their credit cards machines , they take your money and do not load your laundry card .... and getting your money refunded has now become just as impossible , they often hang up on you when you call to report an issue . Can't wait to move !
