The review on 10/28/2015 is not hard to believe. My experience with this shop was not good. My daughter's wedding was November 14,2015. On November 12th she was picking up her dress after final alteration. This is because she order some additional fabric to make some tiny straps/sleeves for the ceremony and it did not come in until a few days before the wedding. It was ordered in June. The process began in February!! It does not take much to stay on top of this.... emails were not answered, phone calls not returned. It was a very stressful week leading up to the wedding mainly because her dress was not ready. Leonardo's has beautiful dresses and knows how to ring up sales but they do not know much about handling things if there is a slight problem. They said it was because of the designer and problems they were having. Please, it does not take 4 months to send a small piece of fabric. Even if this was true they could have been professional about it and offered suggestions and returned calls weeks before to let us know it was being handled. They only had excuses and seemed so pleased when it finally arrived a few days before the wedding and left a message that they hoped everything will be beautiful. The seamstress was amazing and went to get it at the shop and worked on it 2 days before the wedding. With all that's going on leading up to the big day this was not something I ever thought we would be worrying about. When you buy a dress in February, 10 months before the wedding you never imagine being in a last minute scramble.
If you don't want to chance last minute stress try another place.
