  • They sent another patient's results to my physician under my name as if it was my results. I did not even have one of the studies done for which they have a result findings. I called the main corporate number to try to straighten this out and was told the branch where I had the labs drawn would call me. OK, but they never called me. Also, there is no way to call the local labs offices. NEVER AGAIN will I go to a lab corp. They messed up my results, as well as the person's whom I received their results, I assume, and then DID NOT take any steps to correct their huge screw up.
