  • I used to look forward to getting my nails done here while visiting from out of town. Not anymore. Today, I got a gel manicure from a woman with lighter brown hair. She barely filed my nails, barely cleaned my cuticles, and even after asking her twice to go back over and clean things up, she barely groomed anything. She rushed through everything, globbed the polish on, and didn't clean up around the edges when it spilled over onto my skin. The polish hardened on my skin in under the light. When I went to pay, I asked that my thumbnail be fixed because the polish was already lifting and likely to peel. All she did to fix it was clip the corner. It's still jagged and lifting. I'm so disappointed. I know that there are careful, skilled nail technicians at this spa, but she was not one of them.
