Have shopped here several times for small appliances/housewares and had a perfectly reasonable experience. Purchases a gas stove here about 3 months ago and had a particularly unpleasant experience.
The salesperson in the store insinuated that the price we were paying for the stove would include the ordering of the missing parts on the top of the stove. He then was extremely pushy with trying to up sell us on an extended warranty, which was particularly annoying as by that time we were trying to get out of the store as quickly as possible as my 7-month-old son became progressively more agitated.
Delivery guys were great-efficient, on time, and courteous.
Called the Sears parts and delivery line about a month after my stove was delivered when I still had not received the missing components of the top of the stove. The woman I spoke to in the call center was very helpful, but advised I would need to call the store directly.
Repeat calls to the store during regular business hours either rang indefinitely or were answered and then placed on hold for 10+ minutes, both of which are totally unacceptable customer service.
Eventually just ate the cost of buying the missing part myself, because my time is now more valuable than continuing to deal with this store, which means the "outlet deal" I got wasn't much of a deal after all.
I may continue to buy small appliances and hardware here, but never again for larger appliances.
