  • My husband and I had gone there to get one of their cakes in the bakery for a birthday. We have been here a few times in the past for cakes, and they have always been pretty good. We had chosen a small simple cake and had wanted "Happy Birthday" on it. It had plenty of room on it for just that. Nothing fancy. Well the woman there very rudely tells my husband "We can't do that!". So we ask if they could at least just put the person's (Who the cake was for) nickname on there. After giving us a stink face they took the cake the did their "magic" on it. When he got back from them we saw they had just scribbled some ancient looking writing characters on it which I guess was supposed to be "KK" in blue icing. We weren't expecting some Cake Boss looking masterpiece, but at least something that looked decent.
