My husband and I came here on a Saturday to browse. I was not disappointed that day - Potato Barn seemed like a treasure trove filled with so many furniture pieces and other vintage accessories. I fell in love with some large mirrors with thick wooden frames in multiple hues. However, I needed to measure our space at home, so I did not make a purchase that Saturday. We came back a few months later on a Friday and the selection was much less spectacular. Not sure what changed in those few months but the prices seemed to skyrocket and the fun pieces seemed more like trashy flea market quality. When I went looking for my beloved mirrors, they only had two in stock and they were in horrible shape. There were several employees wandering around but no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Eventually, my husband went to the bathroom and quickly came back out telling me how horribly disgusting it was in there. Two stalls - both with signs about how they don't flush well and one covered in urine. The faucet sprays at a high pressure into the sink bowl - which is shaped in such a way that deflects water into a massive splash radius. Additionally, the hand soap machine is violent and sprays its victims. After a quick glance around, feeling disappointed with hopes and dreams crushed, we hightailed it out of there. I wish I could go back in time and experience Potato Barn like I did the first time.
