  • Entered my room after a day of work to find the room had been entered despite "do not disturb" request (due to not using towels or needing linens changed) as well as plastic bag over fire alarm. Clearly the staff is not thorough or trustworthy. In addition management is absent and unapologetic. Hilton does not value business, whether large corporate account or individual. Buyer beware.
