  • It has been a couple of years since I have taken dry cleaning/cleaning to Escalade Cleaners due to not meeting promises of when clothing would be ready for pick up and rudeness of employees. Yesterday I took a number of items in at 7PM and told the girl (owners sister?) that I needed them back today. We chatted for a few minutes about my previous experience with rude employees, etc. No problem, pick them up after 4pm. Went in Monday at 6PM - two very nice girls working, however, my clothing is not scheduled to be back until today. It is not their fault, they were very kind. I will pick up the clothes today and NEVER EVER step foot in there again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
