  • Very poor service at this club. The woman at check-in didn't greet me and continued to talk to another worker. Then finally scanned by boarding pass to tell me their club, the only in Sky Harbor, is for international business class only, despite the app saying Star Alliance Gold are welcome with a guest. From the entrance, the club looked small and made me glad I don't frequent this airport, but mad I have status with United.
