  • I went there for an oil change for my Optima KIA SXL 2015 recently and was helped by Michael Calmelat Service Advisor for Findlay Kia. I'm glad they have employees like Mike because he was diligent to assist me with my Extend Service Plan that was a bit complicated to say the least. Mike worked very hard for me to get my services done and he went out of his way to do so. I'll be ALWAYS going back here to get my services done. So if you have a KIA and would like the best service possible, Findlay KIA is the place to go. Again, Thank you Mike for all your help. G
