  • The nurses and doctors are great in this facility but can't say the same about the insensitive, inconsiderate, rude girls at the front desk. Brittany is one of them(only one who's name I got) Making a mother feel humiliated and embarrassed, leaving the office in tears is far from what a good office is supposed to do. It truly sucks the lack of compassion they gave. It also sucks because how amazing the doctors and nurses are and the front desk staff very much ruins all of that. I'd change peds. Office if I were you.
