The restaurant is small but very hip. The service seemed slightly disorganized (they had run out of paper order slips and were trying to rush to staple more, the single server seemed a bit overwhelmed manning the entire restaurant), but service was still good (i.e. attentive/friendly).
In terms of the food, there are pre-set dishes or you can create your own ramen. The food was made fresh and took a little bit of time to prepare, but was tasty. Price was reasonable.
I think the ramen here was better than I have had at some other places in town, though the broth was still not quite as hot or flavorful as I would prefer.
The restaurant is also Korean-owned/operated, hence the slight Korean flair of the menu.
Overall, a solid ramen establishment.
