  • Wish I could give them no stars. The worst customer service I have received in a long time. Went in to buy a phone not any of the customer service people looked up at me or even acknowledged me while I obviously stood there waiting to be helped. Then I asked a guy if he could help me out because he was standing there playing on his phone, he looked at me and said he was helping a couple who was off looking at headphones.. And proceeded to go back to his phone . really? Ok cool I'll keep my 800 bucks for a iPhone and go elsewhere.
