  • Very unhappy with this company. We paid over $7,000 for a complete pack and move in December. We were over charged and pretty much forced to pay aa we had no other option at that point. Our items were sent in two delivered not one, weeks apart in delivery. The second delivery was all late. Our items were packed terribly and they even emailed us that they would be changing policy due to our move so it doesn't happen again. We had damage and broken items, valuable items that just "disappeared " like our boss speaker, my husbands clippers etc. We just received the "claim" back from the adjusters which is a tedious process as well only to recover about $150 !! What an insult! I highly highly recommend NOT using this company. Message me if you would like more details. Our damages and over charges are roughly $2500 They left huge heavy boxes blocking doorways , they did not put boxes in the labeled rooms. Even their crew complained that are paid poorly and couldn't believe how much they charge people!' The delivery crew barely spoke English which made it really hard to communicate... they also broke our dresser, our armoire and put together our babies crib upside down and none of the screws were tight. They also broke our daughters custom playhouse..... just awful no care or diligence at all. Terrible. We will be seeking legal action if they do not contact us with a realistic reimbursement. 8-4-2016 Still waiting for them to "call us back " just for another email this morning from claims which does not cover any of the damages, missing items or false quotes that we were extorted for - just contacted by Itay , who has been in contact with us before and says he needs to look into it? Emailing back and forth with Itay, 8-25-17 , still no resolve with this company, all they keep saying is they are looking into it, and talking with the claims, the claims company is stating that they only cover damaged items not any other other things. More ring around....Hoping for an actual response with compensation today.
