I wasn't satisfied with the results of the color after my first visit here. However, I took the time to write an email explaining what I didn't like (and what I did like) about the experience. The manager, Nicole, promptly called me back, thanked me for the feedback, and then set me up with an appointment with April to address the issue.
April did a great job explaining the chemical nature of hair color, worked like a scientist to get the perfect shade and I love the results. I will return to the salon partly because I love the color and condition of my hair, but also because of how I was treated when I took time to provide feedback. Anyone can get a new customer - but retaining a dissatisfied customer takes great skill.
