rev:text	I bought this system because it looked like a good system AND most of all, it was made here locally by a family owned business. After a part on it fail about 6 months in, which parts do, I called to get a replacement part. I was told that they were not sure if the part would be covered and I needed to have somebody come out, which was $80. I sent pictures and talked to them multiple times about just sending the part and they kept telling me that they needed to send out a tech, @ $80. Also, you would think that if they came out and the part was covered under warranty, they would not charge the service fee to me. Like most other companies do. My overall experience was very poor. I think the company is terrible as well as the workers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As far as the system itself. It works great. I wish the company was a good as the product.
