  • I moved into the Monterra apartments last minute due to transfer. They processed my paperwork and even showed the unit I will be living in. Most places do not show the actual unit till move in and it may not look like the model, so that was super nice. Every time I had any issues they took care of it right away even at 3:00 am, not only did they fix the problem they even took accountability for the error. Bernadette, even called me the next day and asked if everything was ok. I just wanted to give a positive review of Bernadette. This woman it an asset to the company, she went above and beyond! This company and I am moving to their sister company due to location. Big thank you to the entire staff at this location and the up coming location Sky Line Lofts!! Thank you Bernadette!
